Event Planning

If you are planning an event, there are various things to consider.

Current and important in advance:  The large Konzertsaal of the University is unavailable from August 1st, 2022 to the end of September 2023 because of renovation and modernization work. Please note the corresponding circular emails from the Rectorate.

Step by Step

  • Application for events with guests and/or special effort/special costs
    If guests are to be invited, lecturers are active outside of their duties or events involve special effort (e.g. for advertising) and/or costs, an application is necessary – to Form Download. | Download Info Sheet
  • Room Reservation
    If you want to plan an event in the Kleinen Aula or the Kulturspeicher of the Klavierhaus Hermann, please reach out to Elko Baumgarten to arrange possible dates. In advance, you should get an initial overview of free room capacities via Asimut.
  • Instrument Transport
    A possibly necessary instrument transport must be applied for at Housekeeping (Transport Form)
  • Evening program
    For internal class recitals, please create the program yourself. You can easily use the Word Program Templates for this.
    For public class recitals/concerts, please use the above template to download the program in the specified form and send it by e-mail to at least 3 working days before the event date programme(at)mh-trossingen.de. If submitted on time, the event office will ensure that it is posted, duplicated and displayed on the day of the event. Otherwise, take care of these things yourself.
