Vita
From 2012-2016, Lisa Werner completed the Bachelor's and Master's of Education programmes in primary school education with music and English as her main subjects at the University of Koblenz-Landau, Koblenz campus, which she completed in 2016 with the 1st state examination. In the years that followed, she completed three further Master's programmes in classroom music-making, music education and extended music education, all with trumpet as her main subject, at the State University of Music in Trossingen.
After completing her 1st state examination, Lisa Werner worked as an employed teacher at primary schools in Rhineland-Palatinate and Baden-Württemberg in classroom and subject teaching positions and completed various internships in the field of music education. She also worked as a student assistant at the Institute for Primary Education at the University of Koblenz under Prof. Dr Heike de Boer and in the field of music education at the State University of Music under Prof. Dr Thomas Busch. As part of her music education studies, majoring in trumpet with Elisabeth Fessler, Lisa Werner was a scholarship holder in the Baden-Württemberg State Police Orchestra in 2020. Since May 2024 she has been working as Head of Music Education at the Rheinische Philharmonie Koblenz.
Lisa Werner has been studying for a doctorate in music education under Prof Dr Thomas Busch at the State University of Music in Trossingen since 2021.
