Instrumental pedagogy with a focus on accordion

Fanny Mas, born in Perpignan (France) in 1988, holds a master's degree in accordion, a bachelor's degree in flute, as well as a master's degree in music education from Musikhochschule Trossingen.
In addition to her artistic career (chamber and orchestra musician, engagements at the Junge Oper Mannheim and the Schauburg Munich), she is passionate about teaching.
Since 2016 she has been teaching accordion and flute, while also being a department head at the music school in Bregenz. She is a sought-after juror at the Austrian music competition Prima La Musica.
As the founder of the platform http://www.ipaia.eu, she regularly gives lectures and workshops besides writing books and articles about musician's wellbeing.
Since summer semester of 2023, she succeeds Friedemann Gisinger at the MHS Trossingen as a lecturer in instrumental pedagogy with a focus on the accordion.
