Dr Tobias Irion grew up in Trossingen. After studying economics at the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt and completing his doctorate at the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel, he returned to his home town of Trossingen, where he took over his parents' company in 2007. He has been the sole managing director since 2013 and sole shareholder since 2018. Dr. Tobias Irion is, in addition to his work as a university councillor at the Trossingen University of Music, a member of the plenary assembly of the Schwarzwald-Baar-Heuberg Chamber of Industry and Commerce, a commercial judge at the Rottweil Regional Court and a member of the board of directors of Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe Oberschwaben/Bodensee.
