Dr. Henriette Gärtner, concert pianist, movement scientist and teacher of international master classes, is a graduate of the Accademia Pianistica Incontri col Maestro, Imola / Italy and the University of Constance. She can look back on 35 years of extensive international concert activity and was herself a successful sportswoman. Her scientific work in the field of musicians' health and methodology (visual feedback) was honoured with the Award of Art in Science. According to the motto "The body is my first instrument, the piano my second", music and sport do not form opposites but a unity for her.
