to the workshop concert in the framework of the Ateliertage 2021 with experimental, energetic, and sonorous music on five (electric) guitars with works by Hunjoo Jung, Sarah Nemtsov, Francisco Uberto and visuals by Cornelius Reitmayr.
The Interstring Project (TIP) presents in a workshop concert an insight into their work as a free ensemble for contemporary music. The main focus is a new piece by the Argentinian composer Francisco Uberto, which was created completely under corona conditions. The ensemble presents the (almost) finished piece and reports on the digital creation process in close collaboration with the composer. Additionally, Cornelius Reitmayr, a video artist and stage designer from Berlin who developed a visual language for the upcoming concerts of the ensemble, is here as a guest. TIP is Ensemble in Residence at the Trossingen University of Music and consists of current and former students of the University. This program is supported by the Deutschen Musikrat.
