Dominik Stadler, born in Bruchsal, received piano lessons from Prof Christoph Sischka from the age of eight, initially as a preliminary student at the Freiburg Academy for the Promotion of Gifted Students and later as a bachelor's student at the Freiburg University of Music. He completed his master's degree and concert exam with Prof Alfredo Perl at the Detmold University of Music.

The young pianist has already won several prizes at international competitions, including in Vienna, Enschede, Padua, Cortemilia and at the Schubert Competition for Piano Duos in the Czech Republic. In 2014, after winning 1st prize at the III. International Music Competition in Stockholm was followed by first prize at the VI International Savshinsky Music Competition in St. Petersburg (Russia), where Dominik Stadler emerged as the overall winner of all categories and won the Grand Prix.

In addition to performing as a soloist, Stadler also dedicates himself to song accompaniment. Together with soprano Simone Krampe, he was awarded 1st prize in the 2017 interpretation competition for duo voice and piano at the Detmold University of Music. From 2013-2018, he was a scholarship holder of the German National Academic Foundation.

Stadler has taught at the music schools in Ulm and Oberallgäu-Süd and currently at the Neckargemünd music school. He has been a lecturer at the Trossingen State University of Music since the summer semester of 2023 and teaches in the class of Prof. Ingo Dannhorn.
